HTML5 Test: This website tells you how well your current browser supports HTML5.  Within seconds of loading up the site, you will be given a score out of 300.  A higher number means that your browser is more HTML5 compatible.  Some of the major categories covered include parsing rules, canvas, video, audio, webgl, communications, storage, forms, elements, and web applications.

HTML5Rocks.com: This is another informational site about HTML5.  It is written by Google and contains a slew of tutorials, explanations, and demos.
